Our Web development process combines time-tested software development methodologies with our extensive experience in managing projects that often involve geographically dispersed teams. Our development process is open, and we are accessible and interactive, ensuring that our clients always get the systems they envision, within budget and under tight time constraints.

We initiate the process by discussing with you the nature and scope of the job. This will give us the information necessary to outline the project scope and determine the project's budget.

Once an agreement has been reached we get to work by planning the project. Our team of information and application architects puts together the site's map and structure, design the schematics, gather content and deliver a Technical and Functional Specs document. This is akin to an architect working on the Blue Prints of a house. This stage is critical; skipping the planning stage is like building a house without a blueprint.

Then, it comes time to execute. Based on the deliverables of the Planning stage, we execute. Designers work on the site's Look and Feel, Navigation and Usability. Engineers mount the infrastructure and build the system's logic.

Although we control the work throughout the entire process, we set a time aside for extensive Quality Assurance testing. Finally, we document our work, launch the application and work with you to find ways to manage and improve the system over time.

To close, you receive all source code, graphics and documentation you will need to manage the site yourself, although we will gladly do it for you, if you so choose.
